In life we experience pendulums of change. In one moment of our lives we feel so happy and "high on life". But then in a split second, we are faced with challenges that make us feel lost, and at our lowest. Like a pendulum, our powerful feelings of despair become times of joy. All of these changes are the movement of life. We are constantly changing and moving, both physically but also spiritually and mentally. Despite life's changes there is still a part of us that stays constant, which I represented by the box in the middle of the movement/change.
